Meet Dr. Rojas Paola Rojas, DMDBOARD CERTIFIED PERIODONTISTDr. Rojas began her dental education in Colombia, where she earned her degree in general dentistry and developed a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care. Her dedication to advancing the field led her to Boston, where she joined the renowned Forsyth Institute as a Research Associate. There, she contributed to pioneering studies examining the connection between periodontal health and systemic conditions—an area that continues to influence her evidence-based clinical approach. Dr. Rojas received her Diplomate Status in the American Board of Periodontology. Following her research experience, Dr. Rojas pursued advanced specialty training in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During her time at Tufts, she gained extensive experience in periodontal regeneration, bone augmentation, and implant placement, as well as in managing complex interdisciplinary cases alongside dental specialists. Dr. Rojas provides comprehensive periodontal and implant therapy with precision and compassion. She is deeply committed to patient education and believes in creating transparent, collaborative treatment plans that prioritize both oral and overall health. Her philosophy centers on helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through gentle, effective, and lasting care. Dr. Rojas is fluent in both English and Spanish and takes pride in serving the diverse communities of the greater Chicago area. She is excited to welcome new patients and referrals to the Glen Perio and Implant Dentistry family. Outside of the office, Dr. Rojas enjoys biking, hiking, and exploring Chicago’s many neighborhoods, parks, and cultural attractions as she continues to make the city her home. |
